Pre exhaust training

I call it training backwards.
Yesterday sucked at work..I was irritated and pounded some NO Explode and was in the parking lot contemplating going home and blowing it off.
Instead I did
5 sets pec deck..with 70 percent of the stack..10 seconds between sets.

4 sets dips..bodyweight..33, 23, 14 8 reps..10 seconds between sets.

4 sets incline bench with 135..18, 14, 12, 9 reps..15 seconds wait.

4 sets bench w 135- 12, 11, 9, 8 10 sec rest.

Traps with 315 supersetted with 30 pound delt raises..5 sets..
Out the door in 65 minutes. I chatted up a hottie and got nowhere or I woulda been out in 55.

Better than going home and brewing up over life and it s injustices...
I m sore as hell.

i don't do that many sets ever, but i love backwards training to shake things up. My old WO partner and I used to do it like every 4th or 5th workout for that bodypart.

Anyone who hasn't tried it. Try pulling 500lbs plus from the floor after a big back day.
