Hey i see stuff like this all the time, these pre-made workouts with super jacked doods and guarantees. I also noticed these pre-made workouts space areas of the body so far apart. This really confuses me so i decided to make a post asking for help.
Right now i'm going for mass as my main goal. Not sure if you want stats but i don't think its necessary for this, also regarding the cardio... i run during PT in the morning and bike about 30-60 miles a week usually after gym any way, here's my weekly plan
Day one
Bicep 5 work outs 5x10
Upper back
Shoulders
traps
forearms
Day Two
Chest 5 work outs 5x10
abs
triceps
Day three
Full body work out
Day four
Bicep 5 work outs 5x10
Upper back
Shoulders

forearms
Day Five
