I have been reading steroidology for little over a year now, it is by far best resource tool i have found for the subjects covered here.

I am currently using brovel test 200, 250 mg every 6 days. I had a car accident couple months ago, and have had slight back pain which doc has yesterday prescribed prednisone tabs for. 5 mg tabs, one week cycle, 6 tabs day 1. 5 tabs day 2, so on till 1 on day 6. He may prescribe the cycle again afterwards.

ANY INTERACTIONS I SHOULD BE AWARE OF??

i am holding off taking till i get an idea on this, ty

i dont think they will interact but prednisone ? usually cayses extra water and fat gain so watch out for bp trouble from bloating . take this info with a grain of salt im not a doc.

Catabolic, infamous for water retention etc etc, generally it is a hated drug and people avoid it unless they need it. Since you have more than just a rash, it sounds like maybe you "need it."

long term use can cause joint damage, problems with bruising and healing. stuff sucks. i think jerry lewis is on this stuff...not sure. he blew up like the stay-puff man!

it's a cortico-steroid. reduces swelling in your case. why not a simple muscle relaxer and pain med?

go back, tell him you want something else. or just suck it up, take some OTC meds...this way you don't get addicted to pain meds!

i dont mind the pain meds ;o) was already using them anywayz!

but water retention, grrr. and yeah jerry lewis did blow up like a marshmellow man, heard it was cause something like this. i will prob take my week prescription see if any side effects occur b4 i proceed if it is recommended again.
