Pregnenolone: (10-200 ng/dL) 43

DHEAs: (280-640 ug/dL) 60

Creams or pill?

Can you take these two supplement then get blood test also?

These are sold over the counter and are any of them better than others?

TT: 777 ng

Are you on TRT? If so, what is your protocol? Specify if you take hCG please.

Not on TRT currently or anything. I want to see if raising DHEA and pregnenolone alone can make me feel better.

" Furthermore, using median blood levels as a cut-off indicator, higher blood levels of DHEA and DHEAS were associated with fewer ADHD symptoms, in particular hyperactivity symptomatology. Our findings suggest a possible protective effect of various neurosteroids on the expression of ADHD symptomatology."

" After two months of treatment, the patient returned to the clinic with no medical complaints. His energy level was greatly improved, and he had started to exercise four or five days a week. He discontinued use of Paxil® during his first two weeks on the program. He said that his ADHD and social anxiety disorder were no longer a factor. Additionally, he experienced no problems with restlessness, inconsistent performance, inability to focus, or memory."

" One year later, the patient intermittently was using daily doses pregnenolone and of DHEA. He had experienced no reoccurrence of his previous disorders, was continuing to exercise, and was enjoying life with his girlfriend, who had discontinued use of oral contraceptives and had begun a similar program."

I would be really hesitant about taking them. Your testosterone looks fine. There is a very good chance supplementing DHEA and Pregnenolone would result in increased estrogen. High levels of estrogen in men are known to cause anxiety. In fact, if I were you I would check Estradiol levels.

So what do you think if I took them both do a blood work in a month to see if E2 is elevated. If estrogen is elevated I take Arimidex then do more blood work. That could work yeah?

Thanks for the input btw.

I would get your blood work first before you experiment with drugs. You only get one chance to see what your baseline blood work is. And you should talk with your doctor before self-medicating.

HCG > micronized DHEA and pregnenolone in my experience. I do feel better with existent DHEA/Pregnenolone as my levels looked pretty close to what you have going on. I suffered anxiety and the whole shebang, but TRT fixed that.

I completely agree with Tron, get an estradiol panel first as that is something you want to manage first - before adding more into the mix.

My .02c :)
