PREGNYL - 3 x 500iu glass vials per box.

G'day guys,

the Pregnyl that I source where I am for Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) only comes in 500iu glass vials (with the water for reconstitution) - 1500iu per box. Is it feasable when only taking 250iu shots twice a week to reconstitute the drug, draw up into an insulin pin for sub-cut dosage (using .5cc), and leave the other half in the pin refrigerated replacing the needle when the second half is required?

Any feedback appreciated.

Yes that will work. Just dont use the same pin.... Use one to draw and pin then another to store and refrigerate.

thanks for the prompt response, initially I was planning on taking 500iu a week from week 5 of my cycle. I posted another thread:

Do you think that 500iu a week from week 5 would be sufficient, or should I just run 500iu a week from the start? The other thread hasn't generated much talk, any help for a newbie would be awesome! Cheers.

I would start week 3 with long esters. Week one with short...
I personally would run 500iu e4d. Although protocols run from 500-1000iu a week, 500iu will prevent total shutdown but Id rather keep the leydig cells functioning as well as I can.

Either way recovery will be faster using Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) then not...

Thanks again for the input, I don't know if I can get enough to go 500iu E4D through the cycle through my source, just getting the 4500iu was difficult enough.....Hopefully what I've got will be better than no Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) at all. Again, thanks for the advice mate!

500iu a week will suffice...

I'd split it up into 250iu twice a week though.

hey centurion for mixing 500iu Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) do i add 1ml of bac water then place in fridge with this mixture 500iu will be the 10 mark on the slin pin do i have this right???

100iu on a slin pin is equal to 1ml/cc. Adding 1ml to 500iu of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) would make the whole 1ml contain the 500iu of hcg....so 100iu on the slin pin equals 500iu of hcg.

Its confusing I know...insulin is dosed at 100iu per ml that is why 1ml equals 100iu on the slin pin.

okay gotcha 100iu on a slin pin is 500iu now if i want to haft the 500iu to 250iu would it be 50 on a slin pen???

It would be 50iu....on your slin. Just think of your 100iu pin equaling 1ml.
