27 yrs old 6'5" 320 lbs
did 12 weeks of test e 500mg a week.
had acne very bad when i was a teenager but while on cycle i didnt really get anymore than usual. took adex .5mg eod during cycle and took last shot saturday.

Planned on 500iu of hcg for 10 days then just aromasin until nolvadex started 14 days after last injection. Problem is i took the 1st shot of hcg and switched to aromasin (12.5 ed) on sunday and by tuesday i was completely broke out on my back and sholders. Trouble maintaning a erection also. Any idea why i had such a drastic chance in such a short time?

I think it would be anything but the hCG or the Aromasin.

The reason for most acne is this...

Testosterone elicits androgenic activity - which occurs by activating receptors in what are considered to be androgen responsive tissues - this often happens through prior conversion to dihydrotestosterone (DHT conversion.)

This includes the sebaceous glands - which are responsible for the secretion of oils in the skin - as the “androgen” level rises, so do the releases of oils - as the oil output increases, so does the chance for pores becoming clogged.

Pretty simple.

totally understand and agree. I was just confused as to why i was fine for 12 weeks and then 3 days after starting the hcg and aromasin im broke out. could be coincidence i suppose

i too have suffered with acne since preteens actually. my sister has become a doc and told me that acne can take up to 6 weeks to appear and 6 weeks to disapear.
so to answer your question it was probably developing on cycle and just appeared after u stopped even though it had been there forming for weeks while you were on cycle.
