Good Read!! I have found out quite a few of those on my own, so i must be on the right track. There are also a few things that work differently for me. He (Mr. Biceps) is telling us what IS RIGHT for him-- as he said people are different...i NEVER do decline for example--i consider it an "ego exercise"...i have seen guys who can barely bench 150 get on the decline and push 225 and think they are king shit. i can bench 425 (THE RIGHT WAY) and i haven't done decline since i was in high school.
