PreWorkout meal of choice

The Man with the Plan
Depending on my workout schedule it can change daily. Morning workouts eggs an oatmeal and bananas.
Other then that typically a dry chicken sandwich, small amount of whole milk, and couple oatmeal cookies 30-45 mins prior to lifting.

What are some of your preworkout meals?

2 cups eggs whites
1 avocado
100g of carbs from either cream of wheat or tater tots
1L water
1 cup coffee

Protein shake and 1 banana to follow shortly after

I workout after this meal which is the first meal of the day for me

I've been working out later in the day recently. Usually down a turkey/tuna sandwich w/ protein shake and possibly a banana or veggie (cutting diet).
