If you're 20 years old you shouldn't touch either. You're way too young.
But to answer your question, no PH do not have the same side effects as AAS. Generally PH have more side effects, however permanent damage can come from either one...all depends on your genetics.

Prohormones are infamous for having more side effects and less benefits. Remember, anything you take orally needs to be metabolized by the liver hard and fast, and that can cause damage.

if i could get rid of prohormones i would.. they are horrible.. they shut you down and take your hormones for a ride..
what happend to good old fashioned test boosters??? when we were younger that was our "prohormone" something that would increase natty test production by reducing estrogen or promotion LH production..

many mistake prohormoes for a safer option to traditional steroids, but they are not. It sounds backwards, but pinning is actually a safer way to go because of the fact it does not stress your liver anywhere near as much as orals.
Read up on the benefits of SARMS (selective androgen receptor modulators). they are oral, and non toxic and give very similar results to traditional steroids with about 1/8 the side effects. What better way to introduce yourself to anabolics than a mild sarms cycle? or should i encourage a toxic ph cycle?

I think Sarms are a great alternative for a nasty ph cycle. For someone who's not ready to inject and wants to experience something anabolic with little to no side effects, i think sarms are perfect. I used sarmssearch long before i repped them. I would not rep for a company that I didn't truly believe in.

yes definitely. osta gives a good boost in strength and s4 gives strength and hardness comparable to var.

First cycle clomid before sarms or prohormones. Wait fuck prohormones and the horse they rode in on.
from experience because i took a couple ph cycles before starting aas their is a clear difference in the effects and how you feel on cycle. ph even with proper liver support and care it still is very hard. looking back i would never do a ph to many unwanted sides with effects that aren't comparable to aas. if your 20 you should wait a couple more years anyway.
