Alot of the different profiles Ive read on anadrol says that a user to put on 14pds. is not uncommon and it produces not a quality muscle but a quanitive one. And if taken for 6wks at 50mg could gain 20--30pds. But I still havnt noticed any mass gain but I feel big and stronger.But my weight is the same, and its still not soaring up as the profiles say it does.Also taking it with test cyp 400mg a wk at 10wks a-bombs at 50mg for 6wks. Anadrol promotes protein synthesis and I have just recently been getting 300+grms a day of protein, before I was just worrying about getting 5000+cals. STATS still 164-166 it fluxates, 5'8'' 24yrs old. Is the weight thats put on by either test cyp or anadrol is it skeletal muscle or celluar fluid or both?

Yes, but those profiles asume that you know how to eat right, which is something you lack. You have just recently gone up in Protein intake from 140 grams/day to 300.....plus I question whether your drol is fake.
 
Well all the profiles Ive read none of them metioned protein or else I would have been getting 300grms from the start just like I get my 5000+cals a day!

Seriously man, I question your common sense after reading that post. The profile for Anadrol didnt say to eat a lot of protein so you didnt feel the need to?

C'mon, thats honestly the dumbest thing I have read here today.

The bottom line is that you shouldnt even be thinking about using steroids if you dont know that protein is needed to put on muscle. Your the classic case of someone thinking that steroids will magically put on muscle. They wont, steroids promote protein synthesis, they dont make you wake up one day with huge muscles.

It is quite obvious that you know very little about nutrition and I really hope you dont take this the wrong way when I tell you that I personally refuse to answer any of your steroid related questions until you learn a bit more about proper food intake and its importance with respect to bodybuilding.
 
I'm with BiggieS, protein is quite an intregal part of muscle building (growth) - the growth fibers are from protein intake.

No one told me it's daylight outside, but I can see about 12 other houses down the street from my front porch... this isn't possible at night.

Learning is important and I (myself) have been doing quite a bit of it... I read this board and take in as much as possible. Yes, I'm a AS rookie, but I'm a Biology major. Protein is fundamental (to all of us) in this community.
 
ok, look Im eating right getting 300grms of protein and 5000cals a day that should be good enough given I went from 140 -165 just from eating and nothing else then I went on the cycle but now It just looks like Im toning my body but Im not seeing any bulk! look muscular but not bulky?

Listen......when did you start eating 300 grams protein.....2 days ago ??.....before that how many...oh, 140 you say, come on now !!

slim dont stand up cause your asking 20 thousand questions about taking anadrol too on anothe post. so stay out of it Im not trying to argue with stone but your just a ball breakin antagonist!
 
the 140-165 was my weight I was talking about STONE I uped my weight by 25pds before I was on cycle and I wasnt getting protein then like you said I should have thats why I took your advice and now get 300+grms of protein a day. But Im just saying If anadrol works best in the begining of a cycle and Im about to hit my 3rd wk and getting 300grms protein Is it to late to gain mass? the more protein intake I get the more anadrol has to work with right STONE? I dont want to be chisled I just want to have that bulky look and defined arms. later Ill work on being chisled.

OK.......both you guys have no room to be arguing and antagonizing one another. You are both in the same boat so to speak.

mass rookie...my advice to you is to quit now.......learn how to diet and train correctly and then maybe think about doing a cycle after you have mastered those two things. This is going nowhere, and I'm done wasting my time on this.
 
maybe your drol is fake, you should just do test by itslef any way for your first cycle. At least drop the drol and just go with the test and also drop the dbol. Im not giving advice because i am a newnie also, but every one says for your first cycle just test. If you eat hard you can gain 15-20 pounds on just test so why do you need all this other stuff.
