Haven't been in the forum for a little while due to being so busy and exhausted, but had a few questions. Because I know someone will ask, here is a typical meal plan for a day:
Meal 1: Oatmeal and 3 egg whites
Meal 2: Protein bar or shake
Meal 3: Can of tuna w/ some veggies
Meal 4: Salad w/ grilled chicken
Meal 5: Protein bar or natty pb
meals are typically 3 hours apart, depending on work schedule and workout time. Currently doing about 6 days of cardio per week (trying to bring down the bf see if I had something under there). I'm 5'4 ish 125 lbs. No idea what the bodyfat is but here are some pictures http://www.hookupboard.com/forums/showthread.php?t=757.
Now I just finished my first two weeks of clen- I ordered Brit. Drag. and it said they were 40 mcg pills however there is no way they are 40's and I dont even think they are 20's. I was taking 6 a day (and I could have done more). I got a couple sides here and there some shakiness and some cramping during my upper body workout. Are these just very underdosed or have I very quickly developed a tolerance? I haven't noticed any changes in my bodies' composition at all despite the cardio and diet on top of the clen. My second question would be, I'm thinking of ordering a different brand, however my guy can only get oxyflux, which I read are very underdosed. Is Lion's nutrition liquid any good? And can you order clen off of websites? Because I've read several posts where people are ordering directly off of a website (such as lions nutrition).
