Honestly man i wouldnt be able to tell you 100% . I try and eat high protein every single meal .Thats my main focus . about 5-6 meals a day . last i calculated 250-300g protein a day . carbs and fats i just eat as i need and feel to be full after the protein . Last i calculated a bit back , i wrote down everything i ate for 2 days , and roughly i was getting around 4500-5000cals a day i believe .
