hey, thanks mister69. I know that my legs needed work so I started hitting them hard twice a week. I do a lot of smithmachine work rather than BB. I do squats one of the days, and leg press the other day for my primary, then I follow up with lunges, extentions, curls, calf raises, etc. Squat and press sets range from 6-8. First set 135x10, 2nd set 225x10, 3set 315x8, 4set 405x4, 5set 315box squatx10, 6set315box squatx10, 7set 225x10. Keep comments commin. Im excited to see how I'll look when I cut down to the BF I was at 3 months ago.
