Looking to get some ideas on how to make a sick shake. The one i'm drinking now, is completely trash. I almost can't stand the smell of it.. Lol.

this belongs in the supplements forum, but i just use chocolate whey (Optimum Gold Standard) with a scoop of waxy maize carbs and water. Tastes fine. Just gotta find the right flavor.

Oats , peanut butter, banana, greek yogurt, assorted frozen fruits. Plenty of tasty and healthy options. Depends what you can fit into your macros man.

I dont drink protein shakes, I eat foods high in protein. Not a fan of shakes anymore, but I used to take Dymatize, added some peanut butter, oats, a scoop of ice cream, & plain greek yogurt. Threw in other supplements like creatine/glutamine/aminoacids.

2 scoops of whatever I have that qualifies as protein powder, 1/2 cup oats, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 1 banana, 2 tbps peanut butter, a 3 second squeeze at moderate grip strength of the bottle of hersheys chocolate syrup. Voila!

chocolate or vanilla gold standard 2 scoops, 2 eggwhites, 1 cup milk, 1/4 cup peanut butter, then water to get the right consistency.

Speaking of protein powder - anyone know when Solid Muscle will be accepting payments from the US again? I tried contacting them but never got a reply.

Wife often uses 4oz of blueberry juice or cranberry juice with approx 1 to 1 1/2 cups frozen fruit mix (dark cherries, strawberries, and mangoes), with a scoop and a half of vanilla whey protein.

I like to use the following as it taste like a cream sickle: I'll juice approx 150g organic carrots, 1 large red delicious apple (skinned and cored), and half of a lemon, with one to two scoops of vanilla whey protein. Needs to be a good protein powder, one that blends down easy, smooth, and of course has a good taste. The apple will sweeten the drink a lot, so don't worry about the carrot taste. Also can do the full lemon, sometimes I do. Lastly I'll add approx half a cup or so of strawberries, but when you do that you lose the cream sickle taste.

Those are just two of the ones we've used in our house. On a quick side note (don't feel like going to kitchen to find the exact amounts...it's written down somewhere), cauliflower and strawberries with a vanilla based protein taste pretty good as well (think we put a bit of lemon in as well), can't remember the exact ingredients been a while.
