prop only cycle?

Stats:
29 yrs old
5'9'' 185 lbs, 13% bf, 8-9 cycles b/n age 20 -28

Desired goal: 190 lean w/7% bf

Cycle: (low dose) 150mg every 3 days for 10 weeks.

trying to keep sides low & cost effective.. my body reacts very well is AS so don't need a hella triple stack as most of you may recommend

Question: Will a prop only cycle be effective for my goal (along w/diet & cardio of course) and will 150mg every 3 days be enough?? would anyone agree to a prop only cycle considering my goals, $ situation, and easy gains off AS

lately..? diet = garbage. basically i've done about one cycle a year for the past 8 years. very low dose i.e. 250 sus 10 weeker or test e 500/wk stacked w/300 deca for 10 weeks is most ive ever done. sides are too rough for anything more IMO

in other words a low dose, test only cycle, is enough to where I dont look freakish at 5'8''. @age 22, I was 205lbs, 5.7% bf on test/deca cycle but that was too big and entirely too much (day in, day out) work

Prop is shot every other day (EOD) if you want to see optimal results. Since its half life is about 48 hours you need to inject EOD to keep stable blood hormone levels. You'll get the most testosterone mg per mg with prop vs long estered test. Your cycle should be something like this:

Wk 1-10 Test Prop 150 mg EOD
wk1-14 Aromasin 6.25-12.5 mg ED if your sensitive to aromatization.
Wk 10-14 Nolvadex 40mg for first 2 weeks of PCT then 20mg until end of PCT

BTW if you're going through with your cycle you need to pack in the protein for lean gains. Check out the Diet Forum here on the website and speak with 3j. He can poin you in the right direction.

I'll work on diet first. Get it good and clean for a few months. Then run Chiz's recommended cycle around mid April.. just in time to show off for summer!

9 cycles over a period of 9 years... it is extremely hard to maintain 15 lbs of muscle gain while off juice (yes I have done proper post cycle therapy (pct) after every cycle). I basically run a small dose cycle once a year as a "supplement" hence the reason I weight only 185 not mention I'm only 5'8''. I was big and bulky in my early 20s but now I want the lean look with some added muscle of course..

anavar: too expensive. winstrol: over-rated tren: too harsh on hair

just need to know if prop only along with clean diet will work? And if there is anything else I can stack with it to get good results.. maybe some eq?
 
15 lbs of muscle is hard to gain and retain after 9 years of juicing? Sounds to me like you work out once a year, do a cycle, get in shape and then stop. Your diet is obviously nowhere close to where it needs to be. You obviously are not doing something right. Period. I would not do your cycle at all. Go to the diet forum, talk to 3J and get your shit in check. If you can't retain 15lbs of muscle after 9 years...wtf are you doing. You're basically saying you did 9 cycles and kept nothing. Congrats man, you officially suck.
 
Train wreck. I was 155 lbs when I started juicing. I am 185 lbs now and look pretty damn good. You were only right about one thing, my diet. I don't think you understood what I was saying.. I could run a cycle now and get to 200 lbs easy. Coming off a cycle and keeping all of it (without bridging) is hard to maintain (200 lbs) is what I was saying. Get it
 
You're never going to keep all of it. I'm just saying at 9 yrs of juicing you should be a steady 200 at least bro.. I'm 6'2 and if I never did another cycle ever I'd be at 235 10%. I'm on my 7th cycle and I'm 246 about 11-12%. You just gotta maintain your diet while off cycle to keep those lost lbs. Some of it is going to come off yes, but I mean 5lbs of pure clean muscle isn't asking a lot to keep after a cycle. 9 x 5 = 45. 155 + 45 = 195. You're still 10 lbs off.. that means in 9 cycles you kept less than 5 lbs a cycle. Pathetic. You're not doing something right.
 
check your diet in check, than hit the pin. you need to stay on course. you seem to make progress and than drop off.

Learn how to maintain your muscle before you use more drugs. Yes, it is difficult. It takes a lot of dedication to eat what your body needs every day, 24/7. If you can't handle that, why use drugs and act like a yo-yo?

You're nowhere near a weight/size where you can't maintain your mass naturally.
 
you are all right... truth sucks but ur right. Usually about the 3rd month after finishing my PCT, my motivation drops in the gym, strength drops, diet is not near as good while off AS, and I lose that "tight" look. It's all psycological with me it seems but I obviously need to get my mind right before starting again and stay consistent.

Golden- I might be wrong but I think my genetic potential is 185lbs.. MAYBE 190. (from my experience) I've been lifting (consistently except a few months in between from motocross injuries) since I was 14yrs old.. I'm no expert by any means but I know a little

....5g's of prop is otw but I'll get serious with my diet for a while before I start
