my wife and her bff made x mas candy the last 2 days, consisting of turtles(pecans covered in caramel, dipped in chocolate, almond joys(milk and dark chocolate) butter toffee, pumkin roll with cream cheese and walnuts. Cant wait for her to give most of it away!!

sweets are the only thing that food wise that can tempt me away from anything... pardon me for asking, but if that's your wife in the pic and she make food like that... wow, is all I can say brother
 
back yesterday, shoulders today...

feeling/looking full the last few days, was starving for carbs too long... the next few months are gonna be fun getting back to growing again

for sure... and at nearly 41 (in feb) I'm nearing the best condition I've ever been in

will be good to get a break from the tren and everyday injects though... 3 injects per week (test/eq/mast) is gonna feel like a holiday for the next 5 months ;)

Thats great to hear. Ya the ED injects get to be a bit much after so long. Im running Tren E this time for that very reason!!.
 
Arm workout today...
Cable curls superset w/ rope pushdowns
Hammer curls superset w/ incline bench skull crushers
Preacher machine curls (single arm) superset w/ one arm reverse grip pushdowns
Standing barbell preacher curls superset with wide grip pushdowns
Cardio

Diet is still going well, have upped the protein a bit to prepare myself for the coming months
