Prop

I have been using a small operation for most of my test needs...always good quality and excellent prices. The last batch of prop I received develops what looks like sludge on the bottom half of the vial (actually a shampoo bottle) after letting it sit for a couple hours. I always shake it up before I inject and the solution goes back to normal, but am curious why this happens and what if any negatives I should be picking up on due to this ocurring...thoughts?

I'd be worred about the sterility of a shampoo bottle not to mention inject sludge....

Outside that it may be he over saturated the oil with prop. It starts to "crash" above 50mg/ml with out alot of BA.

I would never, and i repeat never, shoot something that showed up in a shampoo bottle.

This is the first time they have sent me anything in shampoo bottles...but I believe what you say. I may just toss it and start the QV prop instead.

Think about it there are SO many problems with a shampoo bottle.
1. They are too cheap to buy vials?
2. Shampoo bottles are NOT air tight
3. Residue will be on the inside of the bottle
4. How do you draw from that?

Are you sure its a shampo bottle? Thats REALLY FUCKED UP!! Other than that it just sounds like it has crashed.

On the label it "Essential Mineral Oil". But the bottle looks like one you would find in a hotel room..about 60 ml in size. Too good to be true I guess...it was only $100 bucks so I don't mind tossing it. They usualy send me vials either 10 or 50ml...

Does it have a rubber stopper or a little fliptop lid like shampoo does? And is it maid of glass or plastic? Digital camera for pics maybe?

I will try to find a digital camera...I am old-fashioned, I like 35mm...anyway, it is made of plastice and has a rubber stopper. It actually has a good vacum seal to it...I am not sure how long that will last. I have not gotten any positive feedback so I will just toss it. The good thing is with these guys if I complain they will correct any problems I bring to their attention. I will make sure to ask for vials next time...maybe they ran out and used this in a pinch?:D

I would stay away and like other memebers say...never to shoot it from a shampo bottle unless I pack it myself when I go on vacation for 1 shoot or too ( I know some people that do that so they don't have problems when they leave the country but they do it themselfs...1-2 cc)......I don't trust anyone who sells gear like that....

I was being naive do to the fact I have made so many purchases from these guys with zero problems...but, that doesn't mean this method is safe. I asked a friend who ordered tren from them recently and he got the same Essnetial Mineral Oil bottle. Hopefully this is not a trend...if so I am on to a new source. I am not risking any health issues just to save a couple bucks.
