proportion

hey, im curious about how to proportion my body... its quite funny and sad at the same time lol

i am trying to proportion out my body, because a few bodyparts are smaller on the left than the right.. especialyl in my arms and shoulders.

should i just continue working out normally.. or would it be beneficial to do an extra set (or whatever) for left side only each time to try and build it up more?
 
Being in proportion from left to right can be very tough at times...I've lately been curling sets with 5 pounds more with my right arm than with my left. So, what I tend to do is after my workout, I go back and add 2-3 extra sets with my left arm when the workout is supposed to be finished. Or, my other option I sometimes do, is do 4 sets with my left, and 3 sets with my right for each excersize I'm doing. I would recommend the second one. That will equal out to 11 bicep exercises with the right, and 14 with the left. I have seen solid improvements lately, and the strength in my left bicep is progressing and becoming closer to the strength I have in my right. Hope that helps.
