What do you'll use to protect your livers during ur cycles. I saw the poll and was curious why those drugs were used and what they did. I also heard of legalon and S-AMET 200, do these work?

Does anyone have a link to a good article about Liv52. Right now I am only using ALA, but I sometimes wonder if that is really enough.

Alpha Lipoic Acid. It's a great antioxidant that also improves glucose uptake by muscle tissue and protects your liver. Good stuff.
