I a glad someone finally opened this one up. I have also wondered many times why we need real food. I went on all liquid consisting of protien blend(whey caeisin egg) with flax for 2 weeks. I gained strength and cut bf. hunger was bad for 3 days and then no prob. 8 shakes a day and i felt great. I stopped because I read on another board that whole foods were absolutely necessary for optimal health. Now I am beginning to question this. Mind you I am not trying to gain mass. I am almost always struggling to lean out.
