Protein Shakes? Water or Skim Milk?

Just curious what the general consensus is

Keep in mind that skim milk is only 90cal 0 from fat 8g protein per 1cup and i don't think I use much more than that cause I like my shakes thick.
 
i just use water, i have soomany shakes, 2 are with just protein and water the other 2-3 are smoothys with PB, banana, oatmeal, protein powder ect. so the thinner the liquid the better.

bulking i have added cream ot it , but its cheaper to just add some PB for the extra cals. ;-)
ohh also added coconut milk a few times ands it was pritty good. half for my smoothy or need2whey and the other half of can to my curry thai stirfry. :-P
 
2% Milk for me....I cant do water...even if I am "cutting" I still use the milk. I am an ecto, doesnt hurt me any lol.
 
you mean to tell me no body uses redbull or four loko? jk i was using skim but i think i like the water now, doesn't taste much different.
