i just use water, i have soomany shakes, 2 are with just protein and water the other 2-3 are smoothys with PB, banana, oatmeal, protein powder ect. so the thinner the liquid the better.
bulking i have added cream ot it , but its cheaper to just add some PB for the extra cals. ;-)
ohh also added coconut milk a few times ands it was pritty good. half for my smoothy or need2whey and the other half of can to my curry thai stirfry.
