Proviron - Length of time to feel effects

I'm on a trt dose of test cyp/test prop mix totaling 200 mg per week. I just added in 50mg of proviron this week - two days ago. My question is very specific: How long does it take to feel libido related effects from proviron at this dosage?

I've search countless threads and I've seen 2 hours to 10 days. Realizing everyone's hormone profile is unique, can anyone here relate their experience please?

Proviron will lower shbg.
Usually two days to "feel" a difference.

U mean 50mg per day right? should feel the effects in the second week

China Wall- yes, 50mg per day broken into 25mg morning and evening.

Staunched427 - my E2 was measured in January and was fairly low (not the norm for me). Came in at 9.1 pg/ml with a reference range of 7.6 to 42.6. I would imagine it will have gone up since then because I tend to react poorly to HCG with it increasing E2 as well.

I'm guessing that was because of dosing your AI too high?

What's your TRT protocol, frequency and doses ?

Holy shit, that's some low E2. Your joints must be feeling it. Limp cock/low libido? You wanna get that up. Estrogen is important for skeletal strength, libido, mood, etc. 20-30 pg/ml is a good range to stay around.

The doctor still prescribed Anastrozole at 1mg tablet on Monday AND Thursday (so 2mg per week). Should I just cut that down or cut it out completely right now? They knew the E2 number when they prescribed it. HCG normally brings up my E2, perhaps cutting out the Anastrozole and continuing with the HCG will help.

People respond differently to drugs. They have different aromatase levels, metabolic clearance, etc. Try tapering dosages, getting bloodwork and find your sweet spot

I.run.proviron during cycles all the time.. Along.with aromison.. I use.it for.libido tho.. N to assit with water weight.. Not that good for.aiding in estrogen as ppl think

I've got some mast e coming this week so if the proviron doesn't kick in will try that route.

Cialis and other ED meds just don't cut it. My issue isn't ED it's low to no libido. I can get it up just fine, just no desire to use it.

1mg Adex E3.5D is the culprit and is driving your e2 too low based on what your saying AND it is proven by blood test. Drop the AI and when you start feeling better add it in at say .25mg E3D and adjust as needeed with bloodtests.
