I am about to do a D-bol Test E Deca cycle. My cycle itself is all planned and good. My question is this. Which is more effective to use Proviron or Arimidex in preventing Estrogen and allowing more free floating test in your system while cycling. I am going to be on 12 weeks and would like to use it all cycle long. Cost wise the Arimidex is much more affordable however if it is not nearly as effective then I will bite the bullet and buy the Proviron. Thanks for your help. I will be using Exemestan for three weeks after for PCT

arimidex is much more effective, its made for the purpose of blocking the aromatize enzyme, while that is just a kind of 'side effect' of proviron which is not made for this at first
im very surprised that you can get arimidex cheaper than proviron.. arimidex is 20x more expensive than proviron where i find it

I doubt that either of the two are cost effective. For example, if you use proviron then yes, there will be more free testosterone in your system. But simply injecting more testosterone does the same thing.
From a practical perspective, the proviron just doesn't make a huge difference for most users. But others will claim otherwise and I'm not here to dispute them. Also, the situation is different for somebody that competes in BB.
Regarding the question of reducing serum estrogens, an anti-estrogen drug is very likely more cost effective.

mesterolone binds to the SHBG, helping free testosterone for the body to make use of.
for that to be true would mean there is a constant number of SHBG protein floating around that doesn't increase which is false.

We don't know the specific facts on this one, but we do know that injecting 800mg of testosterone will increase both your total and free testosterone more than 500mg will.

if i am already on winstrol and want to get rid of gyno from previous test boosters what is the best to combine with winstrol while the strongest to decrease gyno?

..its believed and said to do this, however, I've not seen any conclusive studies that prove it yet. Not knocking it though cuz Proviron has its uses. It works great for up'ing libido during cycle or even post. Giving better and more frequent erections and can also increase sperm count. Plus it does have some minor Aromatase inhibitor (AI) qualities.. but not like taking an actual AI.

but in theory its not the same thing as using proviron
more testosterone will surely lead to more converted to estrogen which in turn raises SHBG (which is why we use proviron in the first place) and also will give over all more negative side effects
if proviron can be used with lower doses of testosterone to achieve better results with lower side effects then its worth it imo
there is actually studies done that observe the higher binding affinity of mesterolone to SHBG than DHT, testosterone and estradiol.
though its debatable whether its one of those things that looks better on paper than it does in practice.
