psarm s4 soesn't dissolve

i tried to dissolve 3 grams in 60ml of banana 99 (don't laugh too hard, it was the strongest proof alcohol my roommate had.

it doesn't dissolve at all. like the liquid is crystal clear while the powder just moves around. it makes me think i could recover most of it without much loss.

once i do, what would be the best solvent to use for this?

just buy a miligram scale and weight out the amount you want and cap it yourself..
