Isopure is good as an afterworkout shake, Good absorbtion. I personaly like Muscle milk in the morning.

Isopure but can get alittle expensive. Eas Simply protein is your best buy and easy to mix with a spoon Milk/water.

Costwise - you simply cant beat the optimum nutrition 10lb bag for 50 bucks. I've tried DAMN NEAR EVERYTTHING and Im telling you tastewise NOTHING beats muscle milk - god that shit is good, it tastes just like melted icecream !

I'm a walking ad for sportlab...seriously though, it is my favourite protein, mixes really easy, and the vanilla is the best(I mix it with orange gatorade powder for my post workout shake and it tastes like orange sherbert). They are also coming out with chocolate peanut butter soon, which I cant wait for
