Pullinbig & Vets, What Do You Think Of This Routine???

Way too much work for MOST people. You could be the exception. Like PB stated, only way to know is to try. I'd bet against it, but many do well on high workload. Not me for sure.

Yeah, I thought it looked kind of heavy on the workload. I think the program is structured O.K., but just too many sets. What do you think if the sets were cut to 2-3 sets of 5 reps, instead of 5 sets of 5 reps? Do you think that would make a difference?

give it 4 weeks and see what happens. if yoyu overtrain cut the squats back to one time per week and make other mods as needed. experience is by far the best teacher.

there are several routrines posted here that work. pick one and have at it. ia has several listed.

PB, nevermind. I think I'll give your program a try, instead. It's much easier to follow. Plus, I seen RJH8451 receiving good results from it.

Although I would never argue the results I have acheived using low volume work, I think what PB is telling you is that you should at least give it a shot. I know so many guys that do well on so many different routines. This may be great for you, it may suck. To be honest, I thought PB's workout was gonna be garbage, but I thought, I have been doing this so long, what do I have to lose. The answer... NOTHING. I only had everything to gain.

Good choice. That one, as well as the 5x5, worked very well for me.
