Purchased Bunk Anavar - Lesson Learned

Bought a bottle of Eagle Anabolics Anavar (50 mg capsules).

Looking back, a lot of things didn't make any sense:

1. Anavar is an expensive drug that usually comes in tablet form. You can slip just about any compound into a capsule and no one would be the wiser.

2. Much too cheap. The bottle of fifty 50 mg capsules cost me less than a hundred dollars.

3. This is the part that scared me the most: within a day of taking a capsule, my feces would lose all color, becoming pale (indicating liver issues). In addition, I became very lethargic.

What might I have gotten? I know for a fact that I didn't get Anavar. I am running 40 mg a day from a completely different source and I haven't had any of the issues indicated in number three.

so you bought a single bottle of anavar and nothing else, can you confirm

Yes.

I am also running the Anavar with 500 mg of testosterone (pharmaceutical source) by the way.

I will then take time to answer your question. Anavar doesn't have to be in tablets to be good; A pressing machine cost a lot, some ugl don't feel like buying one. Capping is the easiest/cheapest way. 50x 50mg capsule fore less than a hundred bucks... lets say its 90$; I believe it would be a cheaper than some ugls I know. Feces color.. I'm not an expert in that department; never had this issue. Some people experienced lethargy on Anavar, it seem to be a side effect. Low estrogen could also be the cause.Just look into it, there's probably some1 that had the same prob. I would definatly drop the Var

Dropped the EA Var a month ago.

Changed sources (Thaiger Pharma).

I have not had the same issues with my new source, apart from headaches (A side-effect consistently reported with Anavar use).

Just informing everyone.

For comparison, a bottle of GA or TP Anavar (100 tablets/10 mg) will cost you more than 100$ in my area.

Take down the prices in your posts, there is no price talk on this forum. Like SamSport said capsules are much cheaper to make so most smaller companies would go that route. You say you know for a fact that it wasn't anavar? The only way you would know for sure would be if you had it tested in a lab which I'm sure you didn't. Sure it could be something else, underdosed, or not pure but you don't know any of this. As far as side effects some are dose related and different for each person.

This is true. The only way you would actually be able to know the purity or if its fake is running the substance through an NMR machine, but it takes a lot of chemistry knowledge to be able to translate the readings because if there is anything else besides anavar in the capsule then the readings will be all over the place.

Had a sample sent over to a local testing lab. I am hoping it was just Var spiked with Dbol, Winstrol or Tbol.

I hope to Christ it wasn't anything other than that.
