Wow. That is a considerable increase in strength. And only week 2? You are definitely responding well.

Dbol does the same for my strength. Weight that was challenging before just all of a sudden feels like it's made of cardboard. I was surprised when Anadrol didn't compare, strength wise. Just goes to show that everybody responds differently.

PSL products are top notch.I've done plenty of other brands in the past and for me their is no comparison. I'm a few weeks in on their dbol,test 300 and deca 300,and like you,I say the dbol is the bomb!!!!
I'm filling out and my strength is quite impressive!
 
Estrogen... "the good and the bad."

You really want to find a - "sweet spot" - for estrogen control...

We known that estrogenic steroids are the best mass builders… and the reasons go beyond the simple size,
weight, and strength increases that you would attribute to estrogen-related water retention with this hormone
having en effect on the process of anabolism..

... there is also increases in glucose utilization, growth hormone secretion, and androgen receptor proliferation.
... "So you do want estrogen to be working in your favor."

However... it's easy to run your AI's too high, which will cause extreme estrogen suppression and can make you lethargic.

Estrogen plays an important part in supporting serotonin... this is one of the body's principle neurotransmitters,
which is vital to mental alertness and the sleep/wake cycle.

Interference with this neurotransmitter is also associated with chronic fatigue syndrome... so we can see how it
is to fatigue specifically.

I can't give you first hand advise with Adex - but the following will still apply...

I've always used Aromasin as my AI at 20mg EOD with great success... and over the years I've experimented running
more and running less... if I get to far of my average 10mg ED - I see the reaction in a negative way (never gyno).

Strength way up the past few days. Bench went from 315 for 8 to 365 for 7. Squat has gone up about 20 lbs. So far no sides. Gained 7 lbs so far. We'll see how the test is in the next few weeks

OMG that's freakin crazy.... I increased my bench by that amount only after 12 weeks test E cycle your gains are plainly crazy....

Diet is the most important thing, followed by proper form and effort, and then by genetics and AAS. That said, the push AAS can give you when the first two are spot on is nothing short of amazing.
 
Tomorrow is last day of dbol. I'm up to 230. Very very strong dbol, but no sides for some reason. Not even ANY bloat. Upper body lifts went WAY up. Legs have always been a struggle for me. This is the best dbol I've ever used hands down
 
Well boys, the dbol ended a week ago and I was attacking the weights.....then I got sick as FUCK lol. So I've been out of commission all week. Feeling too much like shit to notice the test e yet. Will update again as soon as I get back in the gym.

Subbed ! Nice jump in strength! Looks like your cycle is just starting to get rolling! A 50 lb increase in two weeks on bench isnt anything to,sneeze at ,and once your test kicks in fully your gonna be full,beast mode!!! Keep updating. Log is looking good .

End of week 6: Test has kicked in. Also, the injections have been smooth as silk the past couple weeks; no pip. No significant changes yet, but I'm definitely feeling the elevated mood and libido. My weight is staying pretty steady, which is great because I usually lose 4 or 5 lbs when I drop dbol. The dbol was the best I've used, honestly. No water retention; I just felt a lot fuller and insane strength increase. My strength has gone up slightly since dropping the dbol. Hit 365 for 8 on bench the other day and felt like I could have done another. I'm really looking forward to the next few weeks. A lot of you have inquired about my diet, so here it is (I keep it simple and do not count macros; when I bulk I just eat A LOT. I also eat out a few times a week; the key is just EAT EAT EAT)

Meal 1:
4 whole eggs & 4 whites
Large bowl of oatmeal
4-6 sausage links (depends on how hungry I am)
glass of OJ

Meal 2:
8 oz chicken breast
1 cup brown rice
2 cups mustard greens (love these damn things)

Meal 3:
Shake (1 scoop protein, 6 oz whole milk, banana, 1/2 cup steel cut oats)

Meal 4 (Pre-WO):
8 oz ground chicken
2 sweet potatoes
carb source (usually pie or some other filling food; just use what gives you energy)

Meal 5 (Post-WO):
2 bananas the second I get home
10 oz steak
2 sweet potatoes
2 cups of broccoli or mustard greens

Meal 6: About 2 hours before bed
2 cans tuna (mixed with mustard, relish, mayo for taste)
1 cup almonds
1 scoop casein shake

I don't eat the same foods every day. I do switch it up quite a bit, but this gives you a general idea.
