I do cardio for 30-40 minutes after I lift and I bring my shake and a banana with me to eat because I live 30 minutes away...should I eat after I lift (before cardio) or just waiting till after cardio is fine?
I think after the cardio is fine. If I would eat or drink before I did cardio, I know that I would get cramps. On a perfect day, I do cardio in the morning and lift in the evening, but that rarely works out. So, I do the same thing drink my protein shake in the car, even though I only live about 3 mins from both of my gyms
