it stays constant... your fats and carbs move... your protein can go down a little on the higher carb day.. but calories stay the same...

and you are trying to lose weight im guessing...
your lowest carb day isn't low enough... you have to give your body that urge to need more carbs.. at 200g you really are not doing that...
your daily total caloric intake should be about 3400 calories...
so the way you have your carbs set up is fine actually.. what your issue is here is that you are not getting enough fats on
the other days.. you need to up your fats so your at 3400
calories across the board
