question about fake gear

my question is hypothetical.

I have a trusted friend who hooked me up with gear. I have absolutely no doubts about him or anything like that. but I also don't know where it came from or the lab or anything like that.

which made me think..... what if someone took gear that isn't real?? does it just do nothing, I mean, if it's fake, what ARE you injecting??

if it's fake hopefully it's jut sterile oil, the key word being sterile.
something dirty could lead to an abscess, not fun. if in doubt you could sterilize it yourself.

yo could get absess or get really sick... one of my buddies who is a monster from... 23 yrs old 300+lbs 6'4" just ripped to shit too... he took some fake gear he bought form some bikers and ended up having a heart attack

oh no he didn't die... he just had a heart attack... was in the hospital for a month and a half... it was brutal... he has had 2 more since that one also from using too much gear

Are you sure it was the fake gear that did it?

23 years old, 300lbs and ripped to shit?? I dont know him, but sounds like he probably has taken many many real injectibles which could have lead to that heart attack. Either way it sucks to hear stuff like that, but if he is abusing the juice, then he has no one to blame but himself
