he will waste the gear imo . he should definately work out for at least a year MININUM before cycleing .

why? will he not grow or why would it go to waste?i will try and explain to him
he will grow like a weed when he 1st works out even without gear IF he eats/trains/rest correctly . why use gear now , just save it for later .

Hey man. One year? I was not expecting that.

Minimum 4 years. Build a base, learn the exercises, feel how it is to gain and what is needed, and how much effort it takes. See the sacrifices that need to be made. Find out and experiment with different routines and ways of training, see how it feels to eat enough not just for 2 months, for life.

He will lose it all one way or another, sooner or later. I promise. Let him do it.

last thing this person wants to be thinking about is using gear. How about bust your ass untill you have maxed out your body's genetic limit. But alot of people tend to set their genetic limit so damn low when in reality something else is holding them back.

Consistency is key...not just 1 workout or 1 good week of hardcore lifting...just hack away for years and years.

Exactly! Anyone can pack on muscle. The thing is you also have to be able to mentally and physically do it. Point is, everyone could without drugs. Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) is to bump it to a new level. Your friend is a moron.

Let the dude make his own mistakes, just like the guy on another board who swore up and down 2 grams for a first cycle was the way to go. "Go big or go home" he said, he wouldn't listen to those who have been there and done that. Now he is natural and plans to stay that way permanently his experience was so bad.

Someone who doesn't know WTF they are doing with training and eating, and who is looking for the quick ticket via gear doing all the work, is in for a few surprises. I'd also love to call the guy a fucking retard in front of his face, but I will have to live with knowing that he is out there somewhere, doing what he wants to do. To each his own, let him make his mistakes, maybe he will learn and maybe he wont. Its his choice to do as he pleases.

This also reminds me of the guy who wanted to cycle for 12 weeks, and then not train for 2 months after that who hoped he would keep everything. People who dont know how the body works, should not be fucking with gear.

Damn right 100%

Nice Mudge! ;)
