Question about measuring TRT Dose

I have a question as how exactly to measure Test into syringes. Also feel free to say "hey bro, stop thinking too much" lol. But when measuring your dose, I have been pulling back on the plunger to fill it up with test, and then pushing down until the top of the black stopper piece is at the desired amount( .3ML in my case). But when i look at the part where you untwist the needle to change to a smaller one to inject, that space until the beginning of the measuring lines still has test oil in it, so does that mean i am actually injecting more than my desired dose? Or am I just overthinking this?

A lot of people put a small air bubble into the syringe called the air lock method to make sure they are getting all the test they are drawing. Personally, I use the ulticare 25g 1cc 1" syringe combo unit, the loss is very very minimal compared to the BD Luer Loks. Shopping around the ulti's are about 20-25 cents a piece. Not bad. Draw time is not bad, if i dont mess around it takes about 45s to draw .50ml of test. When im done i snap the needle off throw it in my shraps container and throw the syringe in the garbage. Local laws may vary on this.

daleb is right.

That small left over is actually just extra that you lose with typical rigs/syringes.

If you look at the tip of the syringe you will see theres a black line after the threads, so that black line to the .3ml is giving you the desired .3ml you want, what you see is waste.

I started using insulin needles and doing subq on my thighs.... super easy, appears to be much less loss.

You should measure at the part of the plunger that forms the seal with the syringe barrel - the edge that is. The "tip" of the plunger (usually conical in shape) mates with the conical end of the barrel. If you sight the tip of the plunger against the scale on the barrel you will be injecting slightly more than intended.
