Hey guys, new here and I plan on sticking around since this board has TONS of great info from TONS of very knowledgeable people. So, as the title say, I have a question about my current cutting plan, being a carb cycle. I have an online coach and the carb cycle given to me seems kinda "off" to me, haven't seen anything else like this on boards. Well, he has my days go like this (carb amount): 300g-150g-100g-67g-30g-30g-30g. To me, feels like I'm getting a VERY low amount of carbs a few days in a row, and only have 1 real high carb day. So I was just wondering if this split makes any sense, and if I'll be wasting my time burning off some hard earned muscle.
