question about plasmavol

hey guys...i'm new to this forum...so i'd like to say hello to everyone in here. i guess i should start with some stats, then stae my question... 21, 5'10", 149lbs, 12%bf. started workin out 2 years ago at a weight of 120lbs...

so i've been reading all these thread about how great plasmavol is and how great tasting it is, so i ordered some...Iced Tea flavor...i know the back says i should take 1 serving before working out, and 1 serving right after....so i just wanted to ask the users of plasmavol if that is the best way to supplement with plasmavol with good results..or should i just stick to a serving right after my workout?
 
as Easto said, defintly post workout when you need the simple sugars.
btw, great choice on a premixed creatine cocktail..the iced tea plasmavol is my fav! :D
 
i am using the Iced Tea Flavor right now, the taste is excellent. I only take it post workout, as that is really the only time i allow myself to have sugars, well, atleast over 10g of sugar :(
 
Isn't the creatine supposed to aid in giving you a stronger workout so wouldn't it be good to take it before u workout as well as after? Just a wuestion, kinda new to the whole world of supplements.

you muscles are primed for nutrient uptake after training, this IMO being the optimal time to get in your creatine to make the most use of it.
 
It's certainly not going to hurt you to take it before you work out as well. You most definitely want to take a serving post workout though.
The Ice tea flavor is really yummy. Try the peach too, it's pretty tasty as well.:)
