Question about splitting dosage

Quick question -

I started splitting my 100mg inj to biweekly ink two weeks ago (50mg inj)
Now that I have I am a lot more tired and brain fog has come back really bad (along with all the other low T symptoms)
With my once a week inj my levels were sitting at:
Trough: 780
Peak: 1300 (300-1200)
Estridol Trough: 49.2 (7-42)

Should I slightly increase my dosage now that I am doing biweekly? If so is 60mg inj a good place to start?
I'm also taking Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 350iu EOD

My next blood test would be in two more weeks

Dosage is different for every individual, I know you said you were at 780 Trough before and you could still have that 780 test level now, the difference is how you feel. Some doctors are more concerned with were your number is at and others are more concerned with how you feel. From what I have learned a 100mg a week dose is on the low side, I personally am on 160mg a week and I know others who are at 200mg a week. I think it is more important to evaluate how you feel rather than a Trough number, with that said you need to consult with your doctor before increasing your dosage.

Good Luck!

Get labs after one month on your new protocol. Check TT and E2 to see how they are doing. And then make adjustments as necessary.

Are you taking an AI?

Good luck. Give it time to work.

It's just a mild withdrawal. You're not hitting 1300 anymore. Your body especially your mind got used to your peak. You'll be fine in 10-14 days. Why are you splitting you dosage. I know your E2 is just a tad high. The big question: How were you feeling? Don't worry about the numbers. It's all about how YOU feel. Good luck brother..

Currently no Aromatase inhibitor (AI), taking your advice from two weeks ago and seeing where my E2 levels fall too and then make the decision after that.

I worry about numbers and how I feel. Both are important in my opinion.

Good. Just wanted to make sure. If you started splitting your dose and you were taking an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) it could drop your E2 too low.

Just give it some time to see how it works.

I started spitting my dosage because my range peak and trough was a pretty big jump and my E2 levels were on the high side, hoping that it's going to stabilize my all my levels. That's why I was wondering if I should bump my Test inj up a little, cause it def feels like it's not doing anything anymore, i feel like my pre TRT days again. But I'll prob wait out the next two weeks and readjust accordingly.
Thank you sir. Can't wait till I get everything dialed in and set

Yeah I used worry about numbers. Most people might tell you that your E2 should fall between 20-30. My e2 has always been between 30-32 and I've felt fine. The past 4-5 months I've increase my test to 200mg/wk and have been feeling like a million bucks. When I had my blood work done a few weeks ago my e2 came back at 52.3. So I guess my "sweet spot" is in the 50's. This is why I asked how he was feeling before splitting his injections. I believe when it comes to hormones it just comes down to how the patient feels despite what the number may say.

You're on the right track. Wait it out and you'll be fine. The head fog, anxiety, and overall crap feeling will subside. You'll know when kicks in. It's like a light switch. Good luck and keep us posted.

Some guys feel OK, but their numbers are way out of range. Many guys are hypogonadal, but they think they feel OK. Many guys have high estradiol (e.g. 100+) but they say they feel fine. Many guys have high cholesterol but feel fine until a heart attack comes along. Many guys have high blood pressure, but they feel fine.

Those are some examples for why I think it is important to go by how you feel and look at numbers.

and that is why I said when it come to hormones you gotta go how the person feels not just a number. Now obvious when it comes to lipids and blood pressure common sense tells us to watch our numbers.

And why is it not obvious when it comes to E2 labs? It would be ingnorant to think that elevated E2 levels won't cause a lot problems to your health if they're elevated long term...Even if you feel great. There's a range for a reason. I think Megatron's point is that elevated E2/BP/Lipids would all cause health problems in the long run...
