Question about test levels in blood work with prescribed TRT

So I have been lurking for about 5 years now. Is that a record? lol. Anyway. My test levels where kind of low for a 34 year old male. I'm 5'10 240 prolly around the 23% body fat. Im a bulky guy, fat but some muscle too. Now I have been on a 1 CC injection weekly of Test CYP prescribed by my doctor. The prescription is good until October. I have an issue though. My test levels were sort of high last blood test and I'm afraid he might not renew the prescription. What can I do prior to my next blood test to drive the levels down some? Are there any suggestions or routines that I can do to lower the levels any? I haven't been abusing the prescription. I take the weekly injection as prescribed and I love the results and the way I feel over all. I really don't want to lose my prescription so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

I think being honest with the doc in this situation might be best. He was one of the wiser ones to put you on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) to begin with. Give him a chance. Tell him how great you feel on the protocol. If for some reason he takes you off there are plenty of other options for testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) treatment. Dont cheat the system until you have to.

I will try that approach. I'm not taking anything drastic. 1 CC a week is all. I try to watch what I eat and I do weights 2 to 3 days a week and MMA classes twice a week.
