Question for anybody trying to help

I am 6'2 206lbs with i'm guessing 20% body fat. I am trying to get big and gain some serious muscles. I was given anavar by a friend but after doing some research anavar is mainly to cut body fat. Can anybody give me advice or recommendation of what type of cycle and gear i should use for some serious muscle gain. Thank You
 
How old are you? It best for you to drop to around 15% bf before starting to reduce the chances of some side effects
 
How old are you? You are probably at too high of a bodyfat level already to be honest. There is a limit to how much AAS can do for you. I would suggest spending the next few months working on your diet, creating a strong workout and cardio routine, and then come back when you feel more confident. There are no shortcuts in life.
 
206 and 20 % bf is a little high...im 257 at 20 % and till got room for improvements... whats your stats? ie training diet etc.. and age
 
6ft, just lots of eating and heavy ass weight. haven't missed a workout in 5 yrs(since the day I started). just love going to the gym and seeing results.. have cleaned up my diet completely in the last yr or so and have seen some real progress.
 
I'm sorry but that's hard to believe if you are sitting at 20% bodyfat, no offence.

It is so believable and possible, walking from the door to the car is cardio right...lol

On a serious note though lifting an hour and 5 x cardio makes me wonder, If your seriously doing cardio 5 x week and having issues dropping BF its all about your diet being off.. that being said I would make sure my diet was in check before running a cycle otherwise it'll be a waste of money. Also don't run anavar alone, use it as a tail on a later cycle. Read up in the stickies about first cycles there is a wealth of knowledge there

This a thousand times. Diet is the most important thing when either gaining, maintaining or losing weight. Although it's not easy when you are at a reasonably low bodyfat, want to stay the same weight near enough, but lose some bodyfat. I'm really not sure how to do this and I'm stuck.
