question on form on a hang clean

SO i have started doing hang cleans (actually hang clean and press) , but I love them because they are hitting my traps in a way I never have before.

my question is

When at the end of the "clean" - when I snap it back and catch it - Should my balance be in the front of my body(emphasizing the front delts and quads), or should it be on my back side(emphasizing my gluts and my back)


OR are both forms correct, depending on what muscles I want to emphasize?

I would also like to mention the main reason I am doing them is to thicken my traps.

Good choice of exersise ull deffinetly build thick traps with it . answering ur question when u catch it u should be feeling it through ur delts/quads . Great exercise not enough people use it
