Ok started my secomd cycle
(test e, dbol)
Ill do 1-3 30mg ed
My friend recommanded me to take it that way
10mg in the morning (8:30am)
And 20mg pwo (4 in the afternoon)

Or should i take 10 mg every 5 hours?

30 is a low dosage, up it to 40 and i took it for 4 weeks

I think it will be a waste. You should wait till uou have enough to run it properly brother. Usually 2 doses a day to keep levels stable.

I'm not sure it's necessary to dose it out that wide of a range I think 2 times a day is pretty normal.

Pick 3 or 4 times a day and take the pills. Even twice a day is enough. Calm down dude it is not that important to time this so precisely. I think that 3 doses is ideal but to each his own and dbol has a very short half life.

30mg is fine split in 3-10mg doses. For Christs sake 10mg dbol is equivalent to full androgen replacement in males - your dose is 3x that much. Dbol is becoming way overdosed imo....

I agree that 30mg is a good dose but I never knew that 10mg is equivalent to full androgen replacement in males. Good to know!
