Questions- about to start TRT at 22
Hey everyone so I posted a while back regarding low test levels and asking about DAAs and such
But a quick recap:
I'm 22 years old, weigh in at 180, and am 5' 10"
My arms, shoulders, legs etc. are all relatively lean, but I have a waist that I can't get rid of
And I have been swimming, running, lifting regularly for the past 8 years or so now and maintaining a healthy diet
My symptoms are brain fog/clarity, hair loss, belly fat, fatigue, and ED and libido
My most recent test put my total T at 190 and my free T at 7.3
Since then I have started taking Anotest and honestly it has helped boost my libido to average levels now and for the most part cured my ED (been on it for ant three weeks now)
After a year of testing and multiple MRIs everything that my endo has come up with is normal and she cannot explain my low levels
So she has finally decided to start my on a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) treatment
She wants to do 100mg every other week with no hcg
Everything I have been reading suggests doing T injections no less than once a week with at least 100mg/week and that you must use hcg
When I brought up those issues with her she told me that I can start Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) years down the line when I want children and that 100 every 2 weeks is fine
should I be taking Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and should my dosage really be that low? Any other words of wisdom/suggestions??
Thanks in advance and sorry for the long post!
