Questions about TRT Dose based on Labs

So I've been on 100mg ew Test Cyp for 6 weeks at the point of these results

Total Test - 603 ng/dL
Free Test - 154.9 pg/ml
Estradiol - 32.3 pg/mL
SHBG - 33

I want a trough of around 800 at the lowest, so I'm thinking of upping my dose to 130mg ew. Also I want to start adding in an AI. If my e2 is 32.3 at trough, then it's reasonable to say that it's a bit on the high side at peak. I'm thinking about adding .25mg of Arimidex the day after my weekly Test shot. Since I'm upping my dose, I'm thinking about another .25mg 3.5 days later, so .5mg of Arimidex a week. Does that sound about right? I don't want to bring my e2 too low.

Currently I'm injecting once a week with 250mg of HCG on days 5 and 6, except for weeks where I do labs. I drop the HCG for those weeks. This test was done at 7:50am on day 6. Typically I would do it on day 7, but that wasn't possible this last week.

Eventually I may split my dose, but once a week has seemed to be fine for now.

there really isn't a reason to up your ai.. that's a good value.. that means your peak is up there..

I would get peak blood work done before adding in an AI. Make sure you actually need one.

Megatron and 3J. My main concern for the AI is at peak 48-72 hours after test injection I'm having some nipple sensitivity. It subsides within a couple days. As it stands I have been taking NO AI at all thus far.

You said that value is good that means your peak is up there. Were you referring to my e2 numbers? Why would the peak number being "up there", be a good thing?
