Questions about var and cutting

Hi there ! I'm new here and wanted to get some advices.
I'm a girl, 21 years old and recently started my first anavar cycle.
I'm around 54 kg and 162 cm (sorry for weird measurements)

I'm taking 10mg per day and this is my third week I think.

I've always had a struggle with my lower tummy fat and no matter what it just wont go away !
I've competed two times in bikini fitness with not good enough results due to bad cutting.. Never gotten below 12% bodyfat.
I'm not sure what my fat percentage is today but I'm usually eating around 1500 kcal and allowing myself one cheat day.
I'm eating oats, chicken, vegetables, brown rice, eggs, almonds, apple or banana, protein and just stuff like that.

My next competition is in November and I want to look my best! with some help from the var ..

What I'm wondering is is it possible that I'm not eating enough calories? Should I up my calorie intake before I start cutting?
It's not cool to be eating around 1000 kcal per day to see results! I have btw never ever seen my abs and this makes me all so nervous and sad. I did not have abs showing at 12% so I'm aiming on 8% this time. Do you all think that will do ?
Any advices ?

..and I forgot! I'm lifting weights 6times a week with 20 min cardio afterwards.
I'm testing now to do 40 min post lifting 3 times a week :)

Simple. Eat less calories. Keep protein high carbs low and fat moderate and total calories low. Eating more calories will not help you lose fat...that just doesn't make sense. If you're trying to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time it takes forever. Better off sticking to one goal at a time. Build muscle=more calories, lose fat=less calories.

Fat cells have hormonal receptors. The sensitivity of fat cells to androgens and estrogens accounts for the different fat distribution between men and women, and between men and women in youth and middle age.

In Men, fat cells of the lower midsection are responsive to androgens and it is absolutely possible to achieve fat reduction even in calorie surplus by changing the hormonal milieu.

I don't know if the same applies to women, abdominal fat and androgens, but I suspect it does. Var is minimally androgenic, but even so I would not be surprised if you got some improvement irrespective of diet.

yeah I totally get what your saying.. I was more talking about like if I eat more calories now, the cutting season will be more of a shock for my body so it will cut faster and better. you think eating 1000-1100 kcal for three months is okay ? :/

I've never tried that approach. Maybe instead of eating more then less, try shifting your macros around. Ever try carb cycling? Eat little or no carbs on certain days and eat moderate or high carbs on other days to replenish glycogen stores. I just finished a 8 week mini cut and dropped 8 lbs using this method and I swear I even added some muscle. I did 2 days in a row with 75g of carbs post workout only followed by one day of 200g carbs. Then repeat. Lowered fat intake on higher carb days to stay within calorie range. Just a suggestion. Good luck!

Thank you! I hope var will work on my abdominal fat. Is var only and just 10mg enaugh for me ?

Have you tried EC? Clen? Those would give you better results in terms of aesthetics. That's just a personal opinion based on what women look like to me after taking AAS. Even a mild steroid like var will make you more masculine to some degree.

I must say the most important thing for a lady especially regarding Anavar is making sure you have Anavar! Lol seriously by you getting duped with wing or something worse it could have horrid long term effects so if it means you have to pay way more to ensure a proper source do so. Not to patronize just simply showing my genuine concern. All the best to you.

This is imperative! A lot of of counterfeit Anavar is Winstrol.

tany, I'd be incorporating a solid fat burner like clenbuterol and possibly even T3 before adding Anavar to the mix. I feel you don't fully understand the affects it has on your body. It is a steroid. Steroids are hormones. Exogenous hormones are going to affect your reproductive system, just like taking the pill does as this too is a synthetic/exogenous hormone. Your menstrual cycle may go all over the place or stop all together and your moods will be affected too. Monitor your body for symptoms of virilisation e.g. your girlfriend could take ten times what you take, yet you might start sprouting hair places you didn't think hair could grow and she shows no signs. Are you in Australia?

Thanks for your concern :) I understand and I know a lot of anavar isn't really anavar but I got it from the most reliable source. :) My friend has been taking the exact same and she is doing so great !

No I'm not in Australia.. Why do you say "my girlfriend" ?? Hahah..
Anyway.. I'm a little bit frightened of the clen and is T3 really safe ? I don't like to be shaking and shivering all the time.. Taking a big dose of pre workout makes me scared sometimes so I think I'll pass the clen, hehe !

No I haven't tried EC or clen.. Which one is milder ?
I want to be more masculine so no worries here..

Ephedrine is definitely milder. Ephedrine with caffeine is how I got through college. :) If you do it right, you can get as lean as you want with just those. Coming off them can be difficult if you've been on too long.

If you aren't worried about becoming more masculine to some degree, low dose var should be relatively safe. Var (with test) is my favorite cycle for cutting fat.

If a 21 year old guy posts here asking about anavar, everyone will tell him he's too young. Permanent side effects are possible with hormones. The side effects are different with girls. I won't tell you you're too young, but it's good to learn as much as possible about the risks before you start your first cycle.
