Questions on best cycle for muscle gains and keeping bf low

Hey guys,

Im new to the community even though ive read loads on here. I'm curious about taking a cycle, what i hope to achieve is gaining of weight and keeping a low bodyfat. For this i was considering test prop and tren, but then after research people say it shouldnt be done as a beginner. Most say take test only first cycle, any help with a beginner cycle to gain mass and get shredded?

If you've already read what most recommend on here I fail to see where the issue is. Is there a reason why these same recommendations would fail to apply to you?

well im just curious, see what people combined and how it worked, I dont want to just dive into steroids

If you "don't want to just dive into steroids" than why are you concerned with what "people combined". Again I fail to see your problem here. You already read that a test only cycle is the most prevalent recommendation for first timers so why not just study up on test only cycles instead of worrying about tren and other combinations.

*Edit: read the stickies at the top of the forum, ALL OF THEM. That's where you're going to get most if not all your questions answered.

Here, allow me to recap for you buddy,

The progression goes: he's read loads on here---> mentions test/tren cycle for first cycle-->mentions doing research--->says he doesn't want to jump into steroids---->states he wants to see what others have combined--->and now it's a question about dosing (still haven't seen anything from him as far as dosing or even compound/s is/are concerned--->and wants the HOLY GRAIL of bodybuilding the elusive gainining weight/keeping low body fat.

What I'm beginning to believe is that he is completely clueless, has not read more than an iota of info or stickies, wants us to prepare a cycle for him, than at the end he'll be asking for sources. I may be wrong but this is what my money is on right now.

well meanin ive read stuff means im not just hopping on the forum saying "i know nothing", i have knowledge of side effects for some popular steroids but would just like a general opinion, thought there would be some nice people on here and guide me
 
best way to build muscle and keep body fat low, winner is keep protein intake up through out the day limit carbs eat some goo veggies and train like bull and get some good rest at night

Dude every post by Kaname and I has been guidance. You're just stuck in a mindset where you're not seeing it. You've admitted in your first post you read it's recommended to start with a test only cycle. I referenced that and so did Kaname. What's so difficult to understand that that is what you should be doing. Don't combine substances, don't do tren, don't just dive into steroids, and read every single one of the stickies at the top of the forum. They have all the info you need. I'm not going to come up with a cycle for you bc I don't know what your history is in terms of training, diet, and other substances, I don't know what your work ethic is like, I don't know your medical history or any abnormalities you may have medically; I just flat out don't know you or your goals (except gaining weight and losing fat which isn't very realistic where you are now unless you're new to working out in which case you shouldn't be hopping on AAS anyway). Read the stickies, come up with a cycle and dosing, Aromatase inhibitor (AI), post cycle therapy (pct) etc and put it up here. We'll comment on it and help tailor it to you specifically but I don't know anyone on here who will come up with a cycle from scratch for you unless it involves a paycheck for them.

Hey pal, I just recently joined this site, and there are some really nice people here. You have to understand that for those guys who have been here for a while, this kind of question is one that they see all the time. You didn't list any stats (height, weight, body fat, current lifts, age, etc.) or any specific goals outside of mass. There are some stickys at the top that outline what beginners need to know. If you read that information you will have a much better understanding, and be able to give a more detailed question, which people will be happier to help you out with. Nobody is going to just spoon feed you all the information, you got to show a little initiative. I know this for a fact, because my first post was a similar question, but I had done months of research so it was filled with more specifics, and Doc was a great asset in helping aide my understanding of first cycles and how they work.

That is false. Carbs do not make you fat and inversely limiting carbs will not keep bodyfat low.

Carbs are almost essential to hard training athletes (not essential like fat and protein but very important nonetheless). Intensity suffers the more you drop carbs and unless you're diabetic or have certain medical conditions there is no reason to be carb-mongering

nothing wrong with some complex carbs but.....what is false?

ok, im perfectly fit, no abnormalities, 100% fine physically and mentally, been training close to 3 years, my diet is working now, been putting on lbs so i figured now would be good to start since i have my training and diet down.

i was thinking just taking

week 1-8 test e ~ 250-300mg twice weekly
week 8-12 novla or clomex 100/50/50/50

for the first cycle, then second i would try test prop and tren if it was recommended

but if you decide to smash 6 cups of brown rice and 10 patatoes every day all that starch will add some fat and water vs just maintaining protein with fish and chicken and veggies everyday you can build muscle and not put on much fat depending on how much meat you eat
