Questions on best cycle for muscle gains and keeping bf low

try listing some stats. height, weight, and age. body fat percentage. if your not sure, look in the mirror and see if you can see abs. Where are you in terms of strength? Bench? Squat? Deadlift? These are all other very important questions that should be addressed before considering this kind of leap.

ok, im perfectly fit, no abnormalities, 100% fine physically and mentally, been training close to 3 years, my diet is working now, been putting on lbs so i figured now would be good to start since i have my training and diet down.

i was thinking just taking

week 1-8 test e
week 8-12 novla or clomex

for the first cycle, then second i would try test prop and tren if it was recommended

1) def no tren for first time...you have no idea what to expect with test alone and tren has a whole set of sides unique to it. Test e alone is fine.

2) test e takes 4-6wks to kick in so run it minimum of 12wks.

3) your post cycle therapy (pct) is horrible

4) you have no AI

5) still didn't put your stats up

6) putting on pounds doesn't mean your necessarily fine with diet. What are your stats and macros?

7) reading back on my points 2, 3, and 4 I'm still going with you haven't read much if at all. Your post cycle therapy (pct) is horrendous and you talking nothing about controlling estrogen while on cycle. You can do better than that if you read the stickies.

but if you decide to smash 6 cups of brown rice and 10 patatoes every day all that starch will add some fat and water vs just maintaining protein with fish and chicken and veggies everyday you can build muscle and not put on much fat depending on how much meat you eat

That's just it, you can get fat eating an excess of ANY macronutirent, not solely carbs. Limiting carbs will not keep bodyfat down unless the caloric surplus is relatively small. You can get fat on a kerogenic (no to minimal carb) diet. You can get fat from any macronutirent in excess, protein and fat are not special in this case. Yes protein very rarely if ever gets converted to fat through gluconeogenesis but eating too much protein will cause the body to store dietary fat and carbs as adipose tissue. Therefore it's not the carbs that cause the fat, it's the excess calories.

well ya i should probably put in Aromasin and hcg, im 21, 6'2'', 160lbs, when i look in the mirror yes i can see abs, i have well defined pecs too and others for my size, Bench = 145(6 sets of 10) 1rm=205 Squat=225(6 sets of 10) Deadlift= 135(6 sets of 10) dont want to injure back so dont lift heavy on that

My man you are no where near your genetic potential at 6"2 160 you gotta up the food. I'm about the same age as you, 4 inches shorter and have 40 pounds on you. I've never done a cycle. Your strength and weight can be improved greatly from proper diet, rest, and consistent work ethic in the gym. Not one person is going to agree with you about taking any type of steroid

^^^^^^ this times 1000. You started lifting 3 years ago at 18 are 21 now, you're 6'2" 160lbs. I'm safe in my assumption that you haven't read anything, you're looking for a quick fix, you don't know how to diet, your training sucks if you have a 225 squat after 3yrs (probably not even parallel or lower). I'm done with this man, this is why you wanted someone to make a cycle for you, you knew once this info got out everyone would tell you to stay natty. You're going to do what you're going to do anyway, but I'm the one who has to deal with my conscience at the end of the day and I refuse to be a part of helping you get jack3d overnight so you can brag to your friends (another assumption) and possibly fuck you up for life. Good luck with whatever you do kid and be safe, it's way better than being sorry.

How much are you eating each day? You also might benefit from lowering your rep count and set count. You're so small as it is, and that is a pretty high rep count for someone your size.

its not that, its in my genetics, my whole family no one is over 200lbs, my uncle is 6'5'' and only 180 at max, grandfather is 6'3'' and was 23 and got married at 145lbs and is still around 160, dad is skinny, mom is skinny, sister is skinny, it runs in the family :( since the 3 year i have gained 25lbs of muscle though

i take in on average ~3500-3800 calories, i burn approximately 2900-3100 calories a day

Dude unless you have hyperthyroidism or another similar medical issue the only "genetic" problem in your family is UNDEREATING. There's no way genetics is keeping you at 160 unless you have a pre-existing medical condition. Do you track calories? What are your macros? How long have you kept track of diet? You can't answer any of these questions bc if you could you'd be telling me you're 6'2" at 210 or something. Genetics is just an excuse for the lazy. 90% of my family is fat and overweight, do I blame genetics for where I'm at? Hell no. I'm the only one in my family (15 aunts and uncles and over 30 cousins) who tracks my macros. Anyone in your family can gain weight they just choose to not eat enough to do so, that's not genetics my friend that's free will

yes sir good stuff good stuff

I apologize if I came across as rude or an ass brother, it just irks me that ppl are so carb crazy (not necessarily you but the population in general). Def read up on Lyle McDonald, Alan Aragon, and will brink. They know their shit.

i do 50/30/20 split protein, carbs, fat respective. i take a caloric surplus of 600-900 calories a day which is supposed to be optimal to not gain loads of fat

I'm 5'10" and around 195. I'm gaining on ~3200-3300 calories a day with a very physical job, training, school and other activities. I don't believe you're eating that much or burn that much in a day. But on the chance that you do, you're solution is to eat more than you're eating now if you're not gaining weight. It's a simple solution that doesn't require needles, AAS, or "jumping into steroids". How can you tell me with a straight face you "didn't want to just jump into steroids" yet you give us those stats. Diet is your friend man, you need to re-evaluate where you're at in terms of diet not AAS.

Percentages or "splits" as you call them are as pointless as tits on a bull. Calculate your BMR, multiply by an activity factor, get your TDEE. if you want to gain add 10-20% on top of your TDEE. Hit minimum 1g/lb BW of protein, minimum ~.3-.4g/lb fat and the rest of you calories add carbs, more protein, more fat, or any combo of the 3. It's really that simple. Throw away your 50/30/20 split since if your really following it it has you eating over 400g protein a day which is ludicrous.

ya i actually do which kind of sucks, im in school full time now and i do boxing and mma on the side and weightlifting plus i used to be a national swimmer so thats why i burn so many calories each day, i just heard if you take too much calories in excess you will just gain pure fat which i dont want to do
