Questions re: Paleo Diet and supplements, etc.

Hi all,

I've recently started a Paleo diet, which I enjoy. I'm wondering about the possibility of integrating protein supplements, while I want to adhere as closely to the dietary restrictions as possible.

For instance, I'm used to a banana/peanut butter/casein shake before bed, but this seems outside the bounds of the diet, as I would understand it.

Any experience on this diet and its benefits

try mct oil.
 
MCT oil will do wonders for you if you do it right, only 1 teaspoon per day burns the fat away.
