Just got some denkall Anavar (var) 5mg tabs... looks good ... but i only have 100 of them.. how many should i take.. recommended for my dad .. he's 45 about 250 ...does powerlifting .. wants a little boost... what would you guys recommend..? would 2 a day be enough? or should i go 20- 30?

I am not quite sure on the dosage, but my bro has 400 at home for his next few cycles he is planning out, and i dont really think that you shopuld do less then 6 tabs a day...but, hey i could be wrong...

I would suggest at least 30mgs. a day to see good results.

At least 30mg a day.. which would be 6 tabs... 40 would be better imo....but 30 as a minimum..... expensive, eh ??
