Quick question!

What time do you workout?

Or what I meant really was how much time between your PWO meal and when you go to bed?

I workout depending on my schedule, I'm in college so classes/studies sometimes get in the way but the majority of the time it's between 5-7. I probably go to bed around 1AM on average (I know it's not good I'm not gonna lie about it)..I get home from the gym around 2 hours after I get there so I would say anywhere from 3-5 hours before bed, should I be fitting in another meal?

Personally I would fit in 1 more meal and something before bed. I take a Casein shake before bed but there's plenty of other options.

If your worried about no carbs after 6pm just stay away from them.

IMO I would add in another chicken meal and either some almonds, avacado etc. Im in college too and at this point a bag of almonds is the easiest option.

Thats just my opinion, wait til J comes back if you want to hear what he thinks.

EDIT: reason I would at those two things, your have 3-5 hrs before bed without food, plus 6-10hrs of sleep, however many you get. Thats a long time to starve your body of energy but protein in particular. You dont want to lose any of the muscle you worked hard for

Thanks for the information barnzy, any information/advice is great! Almonds, cottage cheese, and avacado..need to get me some!

yea imma have to say you should add a meal there...

personally i would do a whey shake and a white bagel immediate pwo.. that way you get those carbs in at an anabolic point...

then make my last meal a lean beef and efa... my fav is london broil 8ozs and a whole avocado...

You just have to go through all your fats, see what Omega 6 and 3's you have. the ratio should be no greater than 4:1 to receive the wanted health benefits
