My buddy is runnin his first cycle of 30mgs dbol 1-5,test enanthate 400mgs per week 1-10.He is 5'7 at 168lbs 10% bf, he is mainly lookin to bulk.would cardio hinder his progress or is it ok to throw in to the mix?????
Personally, I think some light cardio, 2 or 3 times a week, no more than 30 minutes duration is good for the heart as well as keeping excess fat deposits down a bit. A slight increase in carbs on cardio days, should overcome any negative effects as far as bulking goes.
Cardio in 30 minute increments 2-3 times a week or more will not hinder growth. It also helps get rid of the lactic acid build up in the muscles. I'm not a big fan of cardio but it is a necessary evil.
