R.I.P El Sonbaty

Really sad to hear this. One of my favorites from the '90's era. Read online that it was from possible kidney failure as he was battling a kidney infection recently. Not sure how true that is. RIP Nasser...aka GH15!

One of my faves. The guy kept it real with himself with the establishment and with fans. If never winning a Mr. O meant keeping his dignity then so be it, but he can look at God square in his eyes and say undoutedbly he never sold his soul just for a piece of hardware. He lived as a man and he died as a man. Character....a word that has been lost out of our voca ulary but this man embodied.

RIP

Damn bro, I don't think it's possible to top this. Well written and says exactly how I feel about a legend. :)

I come from a place where we dont sell our souls for shit. If at any time I would have sold my soul for rank ir the well being of my team.members just to look good i front of some fucking officer may God himself had struck me down dead on that spot. Character is everything to me and is never too late in life to live it have it own it.

One of the best, no doubt. I'll never forget an article from Flex where he touted bread as his mass builder of choice growing up. Big guy and a hero. RIP man.
